You know, I really used to like web design. As in the whole process and all. Every time I redesign my site, it shamelessly gives me the chance to update myself with the latest in web trends and technologies. And I relish it.
But now, I’m just pretty much tired of it all. It doesn’t help when I try to incorporate really interesting things into my site, and making all of them work. But the truth it, not all of them can, and it sucks when you find that out after hours and hours of debugging and testing. Compromises have to be made, and well, I really do hate compromising. It’s just a kinder term for lowering your standards. Not that I can help it though. After all I really am not a professional.
Have spent the whole day debugging, and at this unearthly time I’ve decided to call it quits. There will not be any search functionality for the site. Very low priority anyway. Maybe I should have gone out today instead.
