Saboteur

Well, the past few days have been quite eventful. Haha. I can’t complain about not having fun, eh? On Saturday I was at Cheryl’s party at Cafe 211 with really good food. Then Sunday I was at East Coast for Hilda’s surpise party organised by Kelvin. Adrian bought her this birthday paddle thing, and Hilda ended up being smacked on the butt by 26 of her greatest friends in SMU, one at a time, some harder and some less hard than others. Haha! After that a few of us (Sebas, Carol, Marc, Adrian) went to Swensen’s for dessert and lots of stupid photos. Heh.
There was street soccer on Monday, Ben & Jerry’s free cone day on Tuesday, together with a movie with gay buddies and Marche with frisbee people. This morning I had training (where again I laid out and landed on a pool of mud) which ended with playing board games at Adrian’s place. We played Saboteur, where I through some destiny had to be the saboteur for most of the time, so much so I became a marked man every single time, even when I was innocent. Thanks ah.
In other news, I’ve finally got my internship for the summer. The interesting thing was that Ernst & Young called me too to offer me an internship (connections =) but well I decided to reject it. I guess I will learn more from a small audit firm. Of course Murphy’s law is at its best in such scenarios — I only remembered EY offered a 10-week internship, a whole 5 weeks less than mine. That’s one month worth of holidays.
Damn.
