Hurray! I’m just about 99% done for all the marketing work needed for Convocation. Haha. At least, officially. Heh. Spent monday after class having a great time with Geraldine, Ford, Justin and Lian at OSL, all doing some form of work for Convocation. Me, I went to finish up the Programme Booklet, and run through all the edits needed before submitting the design over to the designer. At 11pm, my work was done! Well, until I found out we needed to design the labels for the Circle Awards. Which meant staying in school for the next 4 hours. Haha. It’s crazy I tell you, but I had an adrenalin boost from knowing my work would have more or less completed at the end of the day. Haha. What’s left then is for me to finish up the project page for the marketing department, something which I simply didn’t have the time to do. Which should only take an hour or two. =)
Tuesday I reappeared in school 6 hours later at 9am. Haha. The biggest meeting since the retreat, as Justin and Ford covered the Admin Programme for the two major rehearsals and the actual event. Horribly long, but at least after that a group of us went to have dinner at 鼎泰丰! Food wasn’t fantastic, but as usual it’s the company that matters really. =)
Wednesday morning and a sea of red and white appeared in Bishan Park. Haha, I made everyone appear in those 2 colours for National Day training. The best training in a very long while, as Jiamin concentrated on tactical work. Meanwhile, a large group of freshies (and other students) had a clinic of sorts, simply having fun playing Ultimate. I really think that Ultimate Frisbee will become even more popular this year than last. Haha. We just need lots of hard work during the clinics, and really good marketing work. =)
Thursday and I’m right here waiting for my Finance quiz to start. Haha. But convocation for me is just about done, and I feel great!
