So guess what I bought my mom for her birthday? Indeed, her fiftieth birthday. A milestone, can?
Well, I bought her a pandan kaya cake. Haha. Just about one of the few cakes that she will definitely eat. And the three of us, being the three of us, merely went into her room, switched off all the lights and interrupted her movie with the cake. Didn’t even sing a song. Haha.
Has been a rather busy week. I’ve already finished my first individual presentation (a stressful 20%!) and I have another two more, one on Thursday and another the coming Monday. And then there’s the AIS project due next Monday. Haha. Welcome back to SMU I guess. At least it theoretically means a not-so-packed second half of the school term. We shall see I guess.
This weekend’s the Opens! Can’t wait, like seriously. An end to all the daydreaming, sleep-layouting (not advisable when you sleep on the upper deck of a double-decker,) obsession with tactics, prep-talks with teammates, Mark and Gavin (albeit no choice, they’re going for exchange haha!) and well, an end to life in general. Haha. As far as I know, school only starts next Monday.
It’s still frisbee season.
