Google “Puma Usan” and at least on 5th May 2008 you will see my site listed 10th. And then there’s my pretty popular Liverpool Kits Gallery which is referenced in one way or another in many, many Liverpool forums. This bugger actually asked for hairstyle tips using an Otsuka Ai image I used in a blog post.

That’s the power of having a website. And regarding the above, that’s pretty astounding considering that I’ve not added any SEO techniques to the site, and that Daryl classifies my site as a meepok blog (I think mine’s more like a rojakblog.)

I’ve wondered for a long time if I should have a more focused approach with my site, but I think it’s pretty much impossible since I got into all this blogging shit because I wanted to design, and not because I wanted to write. I look at my site and I think “how can I make this site look/perform better?” rather than “how can I write better?” And even I wanted to focus on something, I realise I don’t have anything that I want to focus on. Well, I could do design, but others are doing it much better. I could do ultimate, but I don’t think I will be playing much anymore. I could do Liverpool, but isn’t it absurd given that I don’t even watch Liverpool matches on a regular basis? I could do accounting! Okay, forget that.

Yet again I rant about something that I have no satisfactory conclusion to. I don’t think I will ever fulfil the potential this domain and website actually has. And well, at least for now, I’m happy with it being as it is — a rojak blog.

P/S: This just in — this bugger found my site by searching for “skinny guy cant get girls”. Great, now even Google is mocking me.
