MA is great. Haha. I mean seriously, as my position of Puff I/C in my BGS group suggests, I spoil the market when it comes to aesthetics. Haha. The MA project has been a short and quick one, thanks to the efficiency of Chong Min, Jeremy, David and I. If anything, I suppose we should have spent more time on the initial parts, and planned out how the budget was going to be like, and to plan what we were supposed to have for it. But I guess time being the factor for the Excel sheet, I went about designing it myself anyway. I think I learned quite a bit from it, although I preferred if I was actually strong in my concepts in the first place. =) Anyway, it was a job well done guys. We wouldn’t have come up of the AMK Mall location had it not been for the group effort. I’m only afraid of the presentation though. Haha, I think we have to think really hard about the financial implications of our data. I have to admit, I’m bad at that. But we’ll work it out.
Then there’s AS! Yeah, presentation was on today. Tabbi just about freaked out today, but I thought she did well. If anything, we weren’t really prepared for rebuttals. Haha. Although seriously, no one in class really cared, except Dr Tan Yoo Guan. But Prof Tan’s a really nice person. The presentation wouldn’t have gone on without his help! Haha, oh well. Another one down then.
BGS. I’m glad my one slide and 3 paragraphs were approved by the guys. I wish I could help out more in BGS, but my weakness lies in such modules where you need critical thinking. Oh well, I’m glad I can help in analysing ideas though. The next 3 days will more or less be dedicated to BGS. 15 minutes, and it seems our group’s doing fine compared to the others. I’m sure we’ll do great. I think our data is really relevant to our hypothesis, and everything that we’ve done has been geared towards it.
Creative Thinking! Haha, another great group I guess. Marie’s just damn funny with all that attitude. Anyway, today was productive, although like Jing Yang, I have the niggling feeling that the ideas we’ve come up with might not be practical enough to score. Looks like we have to ask dear Kwang tomorrow for his opinion. But honestly, the ideas are flowing, and that’s great. I’m sure we’re all gonna have a great time filming. Yes, filming, not editing.
All and all, wonderful groups I’m having this term. Biz law probably remains as the one module I really can’t understand. Haha. I really hope I do enough for a B+, or even a B. I need some serious studying for the exams. Looks I need to rely on my social capital to aid my studying. The first year in SMU’s going to be over. Lots of great friends made, a few really great friends made, and I hope things on the social side only gets better.
Oh ya. I miss frisbee.
